Al-Mustapha Islamic Relief
Website for a humanitarian charity providing emergency relief, food and water security, healthcare, and education to vulnerable communities across Africa.

The Challenge
Al-Mustapha Islamic Relief Organisation is a humanitarian charity based in Abuja, Nigeria, working to provide emergency relief, food and water security, healthcare, and education to vulnerable communities across Africa. With over 100,000 meals distributed, 2,000 scholarships awarded, 200 water projects completed, and more than 125,000 people reached, their impact is significant, but their digital presence did not yet reflect that scale.
The organisation needed a website that could effectively communicate their mission, showcase the breadth and depth of their humanitarian work, and build trust with potential donors and partners. Each programme area, from emergency relief to education, needed to be presented clearly so visitors could understand where their contributions would make the greatest difference.
Beyond storytelling, the site needed practical functionality: a platform for receiving donations and a way for volunteers to register their interest. Without these capabilities, the organisation was missing opportunities to convert compassion into action.
Our Approach
We built a mission-driven website that leads with impact. The homepage prominently displays key metrics, meals distributed, scholarships awarded, water projects completed, and lives touched, giving visitors an immediate sense of the organisation's reach and credibility. These figures are not just numbers; they are a visual testament to years of consistent humanitarian work.
Each programme area, Emergency Relief, Food & Water Security, Healthcare, and Education, has a dedicated section that explains the work, its outcomes, and how supporters can contribute. We structured the content to balance emotional storytelling with concrete data, ensuring the site appeals to both the heart and the mind of potential donors.
We integrated a donation system to make it as simple as possible for supporters to contribute financially. The design throughout uses warm, hopeful imagery and a clean layout that conveys both professionalism and sincerity, qualities that are essential for a charitable organisation seeking to build long-term trust with its community.
The Results
The website gives Al-Mustapha Islamic Relief Organisation a professional digital presence that conveys the scale and sincerity of their humanitarian work. The impact metrics prominently displayed on the homepage immediately build credibility with potential donors and partners, transforming abstract goodwill into measurable outcomes.
With a clear donation pathway and well-organised programme information, the site empowers supporters to understand exactly where their contributions go and to take action without friction. The organisation now has a platform that matches the ambition and integrity of the work they do on the ground across Africa.
